Sessions take place in the building at Maiengasse 51, a short walk from the city centre.

Getting there

By air. The nearest airport is EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg (BSL/MLH/EAP). From the Swiss exit, bus 50 reaches Basel SBB station in about twenty minutes. Zurich (ZRH) and Frankfurt (FRA) airports have direct rail connections to Basel.

By rail. Basel has three stations: Basel SBB (the main one, serving Switzerland and France), Basel Bad Bf (German services) and Basel St. Johann.

Local transport. Hotels in Basel give their guests a public transport pass valid for the whole stay; ask for it when checking in.

Accommodation

Basel hosts many conferences and trade fairs, so early booking is advisable.

Visas

Switzerland is part of the Schengen area. Participants who need a visa should start the procedure at the competent Swiss representation as early as possible.
